To support a growing program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Autism Program Manager will manage ASD/ABA provider performance, drive program effectiveness, and lead quality improvement initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage ASD/ABA provider performance through data analysis and performance improvement initiatives Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance quality and member outcomes Lead projects and strategic initiatives while mentoring team members and sharing best practices Required qualifications Independently Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; Licensed Ph.D.; or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 2+ years of experience with ASD or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a managed care or clinical/program setting Experience supporting provider engagement, quality improvement, and program operations related to ASD/ABA Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical or operational information and recommend improvements Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
