Indiana Licensed Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager

To oversee a growing ambulatory line of business, the full-time Indiana Licensed Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager will manage daily operations, collaborate with healthcare leaders, and implement strategic initiatives while supporting a diverse team across multiple service lines, with a remote option available requiring periodic onsite presence. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ambulatory clinical pharmacists, residents, and pharmacy technicians Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and healthcare professionals to advance ambulatory pharmacy services Oversee daily operations of ambulatory pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and billing standards Required Qualifications Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited institution with completion of a PGY 2 ambulatory care residency program or equivalent experience Pharmacy licensure, or eligibility, in Indiana and Ohio Leadership experience required; three years of healthcare supervision preferred Expertise in clinical pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and program development Board certification (e.g., BCACP) and advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) are desirable
