The **Indiana Infrastructure Development Lead** is a senior civil engineer responsible for growing Hanson’s footprint across Indiana’s transportation and municipal sectors. This position blends business development with hands-on technical support and project leadership. You will leverage your industry network, technical expertise, and client-facing skills to identify opportunities, win new work, and support the delivery of high-quality engineering services. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys developing client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and guiding multidisciplinary teams.**Key Responsibilities** **Qualifications** **Education & Licensure** Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Indiana PE strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months. **Experience** Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation or municipal engineering.Experience working with INDOT, Indiana municipalities, or public sector clients preferred.Experience managing or reviewing design plans, specifications, and construction documents. Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or related design software. Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation abilities. **Salary Range:** $170,000 - $200,000, based on experience.Ability to work collaboratively while also operating independently.
