Virtagon is growing its presence in four major metropolitan markets and inviting qualified sales professionals to become independent representatives of its digital services.

We are searching for individuals with a solid foundation in outbound B2B sales who are confident approaching local businesses, establishing new connections, and independently turning prospects into clients.
**THE VALUE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY**
Virtagon is introducing a special 20% commission arrangement for qualifying first sales to local professionals and small businesses.
This commission is earned once per eligible initial sale, rather than as ongoing compensation.
Qualifying payments are distributed every two weeks after Virtagon receives the corresponding customer payment in full and the funds have cleared.
Agents benefit from initial training, continued support, and a professional portfolio of digital services to present to prospective customers.
The arrangement is remote-first and offers scheduling flexibility, while allowing in-person business development within the agent's local metropolitan area.
Sales representation involving medium-sized companies and major organizations may also be explored under separately negotiated terms.
**REQUIRED BACKGROUND**
We welcome experienced, resourceful B2B sales professionals with outstanding communication skills, a proactive approach to finding customers, and current residence within one of our four metropolitan regions.
**IMPORTANT COMPENSATION CONDITIONS**
This opportunity is strictly commission-only and independent. There is no salary, fixed compensation, or guaranteed earnings. The introductory 20% program will end after an undetermined limited period. No residual, renewal, or recurring commissions are included. Compensation for other accounts must be agreed separately.
