BuildersBids is recruiting independent sales representatives to introduce its construction marketplace to homeowners, business owners, General Contractors and Subcontractors. Remote opportunities are available in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, New York, Washington, California, Georgia and Nevada.
Responsibilities: Research prospects, use the Check & Claim system before outreach, introduce the platform through approved networking, phone and email outreach, explain participation accurately, share assigned referral information, follow up and maintain prospect records. Comply with Do-Not-Call, consent and privacy requirements. Representatives develop their own prospect pipeline.
We provide Sales Academy onboarding and training, a representative portal, referral tools and prospect tracking. Experienced salespeople and motivated first-time candidates are welcome. Strong communication, organization, reliable internet access and willingness to learn are required.
Compensation: Commissions + bonuses. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role, not hourly or salaried employment.
