This is a remote, work-from-home contractor role with daily field visits. There is no office to report to: you research from home, then meet business owners face to face somewhere new each day.

Now hiring across Grand Rapids and West Michigan. Wonder Constant Labs needs independent field reps who like talking to business owners and want to be paid for what they sell.

What RECON is
RECON is Wonder Constant Labs' Digital Presence report: a local business's website, local SEO, listings, reviews, social, advertising and AI Engine Readiness turned into one 0 100 score, with the gaps and the order to fix them in plain English. It's $97, one time, with no subscription.

What you'll do
1. Visit owner-run businesses across Grand Rapids and West Michigan and ask for the owner or manager.
2. Run a free RECON Snapshot with the owner's or manager's permission, and walk them through what it shows.
3. If they want the full report, they buy it on their own phone or computer through your personal QR code or link. You never take payment.
4. Owner not in? Leave a card with your QR code on it. If they buy through it later, the sale is yours.

Who does well here
• You sell to business owners face to face for a living: merchant services, advertising, payroll, insurance, point-of-sale, telecom or something close to them.
• You explain technical things in plain English and never promise results.
• You know the owners and the main streets of Grand Rapids and West Michigan well enough to open a door.

What you get and how you're paid
It's 100% commission: $25 for every $97 RECON report sold through your code, with no limit on how many. You get a complete digital rep pack, free, including your personal QR code and a leave-behind card. We pay twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, by direct deposit. Once your payout details are confirmed, every commission is paid within 30 days of the purchase.

You're an independent contractor: you set your own schedule and pick the businesses you visit, and commissions are reported on Form 1099-NEC where the law requires it. Your phone, car, gas and printing are on you. Businesses only, never residences. Every term is in the Independent Sales Consultant Agreement, which you read in full before you sign.

Where you'll sell: Grand Rapids and West Michigan
Work Division Avenue; Wealthy Street; East Hills; Bridge Street; Main Street in Rockford; and 28th Street in Wyoming. The owners there get judged online long before anyone knocks on their door. You show them how.

Grand Rapids has a nationally known craft-beer scene, a strong furniture and manufacturing base and a healthy ring of suburbs.
