Independent Primary Care NP/PA Clinician

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our primary care team in Braintree, MA. You will independently manage a full primary care panel within a value-based care environment.

As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll work in a collaborative, ambulatory setting with RNs, pharmacists and behavioral health, delivering longitudinal, relationship-based care and care coordination.
