Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager/Independent Distributor with a strong industry experience and a proven ability to generate new business in the disposable medical supplies sector. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven manager who can identify and partner with a network of distributors to accelerate growth, and help accelerate our client's market position.

This is a fully remote position so qualified candidates close to any major US airport with the ability to travel are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive new business and exceed revenueaksanakan targets
• Leverage an established network of distributors and OEM partners to secure new revenue opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify high-value prospects, competitive trends, and emerging growth areas
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and operational goals
Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5+ years of sales success in the medical products industry with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Established network of distributors, hospitals, physician groups, OEM contacts
Pian>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Compensation

• $130-$150K, plus commissions, benefits, travel-related business expenses
