Role Description

This is a contractor for a Business Development Professional. The Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating sales strategies. The role includes negotiating contracts, developing proposals, and working closely with marketing and property management teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and creating Sales Strategies
• Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in property management is a plus
