In this role, you’ll build relationships with employers, meet with employees during benefit enrollments, and help people understand their voluntary coverage options.

- Connect with businesses in the Hutchinson area and develop lasting relationships
- Learn about employers’ benefit needs
- Explain Colonial Life’s voluntary benefits clearly and help employees through enrollment
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
You’d be a great fit if you
- Enjoy meeting new people and building trust
- Are comfortable starting conversations and following up
- Can manage your time and work independently
- Have sales or customer service experience, or are eager to develop those skills
- Hold a Minnesota insurance producer license or are willing to obtain one before selling insurance
About the role
This is an independent contractor (1099) sales position serving the area. Compensation is commission, bonuses plus incentives.
