About Clockwork Shift
Clockwork Shift is a very fast and effortless shift operation software for hotels, senior living, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, and other shift-based workplaces.
Takes less than 5 minutes to build a weekly schedule, tracks labor costs before publish, and only 1 tab to find a last minute shift replacement. Onboarding, manage clock-in/out and timesheets, and connect payroll, Clockwork Shift covers them all.
We're looking for independent sales professionals who can introduce Clockwork Shift to businesses in industries and markets they know.
What You'll Do
• Identify businesses that could benefit from Clockwork Shift
• Connect with owners, general managers, operations leaders, HR/payroll teams, and other decision-makers
• Introduce Clockwork and arrange or conduct product demos
• Manage your opportunities from introduction through signup
• Choose the customers, industries, and geographic markets you want to pursue
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earnings.
Annual subscriptions
• Standard commission: 25 30% of first 12-month subscription revenue
• First 100 paid Clockwork users: 75% commission
• Users 101 500: 50% commission
• After the early-partner incentive ends, your 25 30% standard
commission continues
• Annual-plan commission is paid as a one-time commission based on the subscription purchased
Monthly subscriptions
• Earn a one-time $20 commission per paid user, after the customer completes 3 paid months
• Larger teams naturally generate larger commissions because Clockwork is priced per subscribed employee.
Independence & Flexibility
Choose your own schedule, customers, industries, and geographic markets. This opportunity can complement other non-competing products and services you already represent.
