Independence Catalyst: Self-Direction Broker

Empowering People’s Independence (EPI) seeks a Self-Direction Broker in New York to support individuals with developmental disabilities in managing their Self-Direction budgets. You will collaborate with families, case managers and Circle of Support members to ensure safe, person-centered services.
