Income Verification SpecialistLocation: San Francisco, CA Compensation: $24/Hour Work Model: On-Site Hours: 8a-5p, M-FResponsibilitiesConduct annual and interim eligibility reviews, rent calculations, and recertifications for HCV participantsExplain program requirements and assist clients through intake, eligibility, and move processesMaintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates in agency databasesCommunicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and community partners regarding housing policies and program guidelinesReview documentation to verify income, household composition, and continued program eligibilityEnsure adherence to HUD regulations, Fair Housing laws, and agency policiesSupport achievement of performance goals (SEMAP and contractual standards)RequirementsAssociate degree preferred (Business, Social Work, or Public Administration ideal)3-5 years of experience in housing programs, social services, or related fieldsStrong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle a high-volume workloadProficient with Microsoft Office and housing program software systemsKnowledge of HUD regulations and HCV program requirements strongly preferredBilingual skills a plusSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
