The position will have responsibility for overseeing the income tax provision, managing global tax compliance processes with external advisors, supporting tax planning and transaction-related initiatives, and assisting with audits and tax authority matters. This individual will also play a key role in driving process improvements and leveraging technology and automation to help scale the tax function as the company continues its impressive growth trajectory.

Requirements
- 6+ years of income tax experience in large public accounting or industry tax group
- Good ASC 740 and corporate tax compliance
- Must demonstrate strong experience with technology, automation and AI tools
- Experience working at a pre-IPO company or on a pre-IPO client is a plus
- Exposure to transfer pricing principles and international tax concepts is a plus
- Must be able to work in West Village office 3 to 4 days a week
