Title: Inbound Sales Specialist
Experience: 2-6 yrs
Job Type: Permanent / Contract (Depends on Project Needs or C2H)
Position Type: Full time (Monday – Friday). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime (unpaid).
Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales Inquiries (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets).
- Following up with sales leads.
- Order Verification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Experience: 2-6 yrs
- Technical/Functional Skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in an upbeat fashion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry.
- Understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting.
- Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel.
- Understanding open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!
- Ability to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
