Smooth Closing is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to convert warm leads into new title and escrow orders across Florida. In this client-facing role, you’ll respond to incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, qualify prospects, and guide them through our tech-enabled closing solutions. You’ll use modern CRM and communication tools, collaborate closely with our closing team, and help refine playbooks and processes as we scale.
