About the Opportunity

Are you a high-performing licensed insurance sales professional looking for a fully remote opportunity with warm inbound leads and uncapped earning potential?

We're hiring experienced Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agents to join a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance organization that's transforming the way customers shop for coverage. This is a consultative sales role where you'll help customers compare coverage options from more than 80 insurance carriers to find the best fit for their needs.

Before proceeding, please note that this position requires a minimum of two (2) years of recent Personal Lines Insurance sales experience. This includes selling products such as Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, Condo, or other Personal Lines insurance products in a sales environment.

Compensation

• Base salary with uncapped commission
• Typical annual earnings: $70,000-$100,000+
• Top performers earn well over $100,000 annually
• Additional sales contests and incentive opportunities

What You'll Do

• Sell personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more
• Manage the full sales process from quote to close
• Work warm inbound leads—no cold calling
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Compare coverage options across 80+ insurance carriers
• Utilize technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and maximize sales
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals

Schedule

• Business hours: 9:00 AM-9:00 PM EST, 7 days per week
• Must be available to work one weekend day each week
• Receive one weekday off as part of your schedule

Training

• Paid training
• 5 weeks
• Monday-Friday
• 10:00 AM-7:00 PM EST
• Attendance is required for all scheduled training sessions

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License (required for multiple state xhqgsiq licenses)
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Previous experience selling multiple insurance carriers in a contact center environment
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
