Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inbound Lead Development Representative will provide customer service and technical support for payroll services, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email while demonstrating empathy and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities Handle client customer service and technical support inquiries through multiple communication channels Utilize critical thinking to ask probing questions and determine appropriate next steps Document inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions while following escalation procedures Required Qualifications Must reside in specified states (e.g., AR, CO, FL, GA, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent Fluent in verbal and written English and French (Quebecois) Prior experience with CRM systems Ability to manage high volumes of calls and chats efficiently
