ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store HVAC Representative to engage shoppers inside retail partner locations. In this role, you’ll greet customers, discuss home comfort needs, and educate them on ARS/Rescue Rooter HVAC services and promotions. You’ll pre-qualify leads, schedule in-home consultations, and accurately capture customer information.
Working closely with field and call center teams, you help drive sales appointments while representing our safety-first, customer-focused culture. Training is provided, with opportunities to build HVAC knowledge and grow into advanced sales or leadership roles within our national network.
