In-Store Experience & Sales Director

Macy’s in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Director, In Store to lead a team of People Leaders and drive sales with a focus on the Macy’s customer. You will coach and develop store leadership, optimize operations, and implement strategies to grow customer loyalty while upholding Macy’s standards for service and presentation.
