In-Store Client Experience Lead

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to uphold the in-store sales and service experience and promote a sales culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals. The Client Associate will connect with in-store clients, develop repeat business, maintain product knowledge, participate in events and CRM activities, and ensure adherence to client service standards.

Flexibility for weekends, evenings and holidays is required, and proficiency with POS systems
