In-Process Inspector / Process Auditor | 1st ShiftThe In-Process Inspector / Process Auditor | 1st Shift is a hands-on quality role responsible for ensuring product and process integrity within Mott's cleanroom manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a zero-defect environment by executing in-process inspections, enforcing quality gates, and supporting process auditing.
