The Electromechanical Inspectors will inspect electromechanical parts and assemblies to assure compliance to quality requirements and standards.Responsibilities:Inspect electromechanical parts and assemblies to assure compliance to quality requirements and standardsPerform acceptance activities according to quality plans, procedures, and instructionsPerform basic inspections as part of acceptance activitiesDefers more complex inspections to more senior inspectorsRarely works without guidance or oversite from more senior inspectorsRecord results of acceptance and inspection activities by entering data into the MESSupport activities to address identification and disposition of nonconforming materialReport quality problems and findings to appropriate personnelKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Beginner level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Beginner level knowledge of ERP and MES systemsKnowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-620Ability to apply and use measuring devices including continuity tester, magnification device/microscope, eye loop, caliper, micrometerAbility to read and interpret job orders, process sheets, specifications, and instructionsAbility to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work in a high volume environmentRequired Experience & Education:High school diploma; Associate degree in related technical discipline preferredMinimum 1-2 years of relevant job experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in electromechanical assembly and wiringWhy You'll Love Working Here:Competitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offBe part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matterMeaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the worldIntervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S.
