Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll be mentored by a BCBA from day one, not a manager, with a clear path toward BCBA certification.
Two joining paths exist: if you’re already certified, start working and earning; if not certified yet, we provide a BCBA-guided path, with training reimbursement and hands-on pay as you learn. Full-time or part-time options available.
