Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities in Texas. No active RBT certification is required for many roles; we’ll help you obtain it with a clear path and BCBA mentorship from day one.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated BCBA, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and career growth toward BCBA certification. Pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, with training reimbursement in some practices.
