In-House Remote Workers’ Comp Defense Attorney

AF Group is seeking a qualified Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney for a fully remote in-house role under the General Counsel. The attorney will defend litigated workers’ compensation claims before the WCAB, primarily in and around Los Angeles, CA, handling matters from referral through trial or arbitration.

The position requires a Juris Doctor and CA bar admission, with at least four years of legal experience, including insurance industry exposure. Travel to WCAB hearings may be required.
