In-House Litigation Counsel - Tech-Driven, Stock Compensation

Carvana is seeking a Litigation Counsel to own nationwide litigation matters across consumer, commercial, regulatory, and securities portfolios. The role is in-person at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to brief motions, manage discovery, and coordinate with top outside counsel.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., bar admission, 3–5 years of hands-on litigation experience in both law firm and in-house settings, and strong communication skills.
