Our client, a large, private, long-standing and highly successful healthcare service provider, seeks a junior transactional attorney in its headquarters in Elmhurst. This attorney will work directly for the company’s general counsel and assist with contracting and general commercial transactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic work ethic and one or more years of general corporate law experience including reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other commercial agreements.
