They’re looking to bring on a Corporate Counsel with 3‑5 years of corporate transactional experience in either a law firm or in‑house setting to support their continued growth.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• Ensure regulatory compliance across business operations
• Manage corporate governance matters and support board activities
• Advise on corporate transactions including M&A and joint ventures
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support strategic initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate transactions and general commercial legal work
• Be barred to practice in Florida and/or ability to waive in as in‑house counsel
• Strong ties to the Tampa Bay area
• A proactive, business‑oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment
