PragerU in Los Angeles, CA on-site is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to serve as the organization’s primary in-house legal advisor, partnering closely with CEO and CFO to advance strategic initiatives while managing risk.
You will draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements (vendor, licensing, sponsorship, independent contractor, SaaS), advise on IP, governance, employment, and regulatory matters, and supervise outside counsel as needed.
