In-House Counsel: SaaS Contracts (Remote US)

Dexory, a fast-growing warehousing and logistics tech company, seeks a Legal Counsel to own the US commercial contracting. This in-house role will draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, and advise on risk and compliance across our US operations.

You will support the General Counsel in compliance programmes and, when needed, in litigation, while providing practical, business-focused legal guidance in a high-growth environment.
