You will provide strategic legal counsel on contracts, subpoenas, employment law, and general litigation, partnering with the General Counsel and business leaders to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities include handling subpoenas, managing document collections and litigation, drafting settlement agreements, and supervising outside counsel.
