In-House Counsel, Contracts & Disputes

Green Brick Partners seeks a Corporate Counsel to support day-to-day commercial and dispute-resolution needs. You will work with the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, and with purchasing, construction, warranty, and sales teams to draft and negotiate contracts and handle disputes.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a path from commercial litigation to an in-house practice, with responsibilities across litigation management, contract oversight, and regulatory monitoring.
