Confidential In-House Counsel / Senior Counsel Opportunity — Real Estate Litigation & Evictions | Sacramento, LHH is partnering with a confidential, growing national real estate company to hire an In-House Counsel / Senior Counsel for a high-impact role based in Sacramento.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a California attorney with strong unlawful detainer / eviction, landlord-tenant, and real estate litigation experience who wants to move into a hands-on in-house role. The attorney will manage matters from intake through resolution, appear in court as needed, coordinate with outside counsel, advise business and property operations teams, and help build stronger internal legal processes.

Qualifications
Required Skills
- Court appearances, motion practice, pleadings, and settlement negotiations
- Outside counsel management
- Business-facing legal advice

- Comfortable owning a busy caseload
- Ability to negotiate effectively and push back when appropriate
- Help the business make sound risk-based decisions
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 base
Benefits: Available benefits include immediate PTO accrual, sick pay after 90 days, vision, dental, 401(k), and Employee Assistance Program.
