Our client is a leading renewable power producer that manages an operating portfolio of renewable power assets in Canada and the USA.
The position is based in Canada and may be based in either Toronto or Vancouver.
The main duties will be managing and maintenance of corporate entities, handling corporate minute books, corporate compliance, and drafting resolutions and various agreements such as NDAs.
