In-house Clinical Research Associate

To support clinical trial operations, the full-time remote In-house Clinical Research Associate II will manage site-related tasks, assist Clinical Trial Managers and field CRAs, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Assist with feasibility questionnaires and coordinate study material shipments to sites Conduct remote monitoring and support field CRAs with Investigator Site File maintenance Provide mentorship and training for In-house CRA I and II team members Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science Minimum of two years of clinical research experience, such as study coordinator or research nurse Good understanding of clinical research principles and FDA/EU regulations Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IVRS/eCRF systems Training in standard operating procedures and clinical research processes provided by the company
