In House Cardiac Monitoring Technician

ECG Data InterpreterAbility to work both individually and as part of a team to ensure efficient and accurate interpretation of ECG data and delivery of data to Physicians and allied professionals while also exhibiting excellent conversational skills with Customers and Patients. Must be able to pass ECG interpretation proficiency exams and effectively work with proprietary web-based software applications to perform essential job responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret cardiac rhythms with proficiency and evaluate for notification criteria and proper documentationReceive inbound phone calls from Healthcare professionals or patients and utilize appropriate soft skills to ensure a quality interactionCreate, review and send Notification Reports, Daily Reports and End of Use Reports as neededFollow the chain of command for review of challenging EKG rhythms before notifications or reports are deliveredMeet quality and performance standardsFollow all company and departmental policies and proceduresPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) REQUIRED1 year of related experience preferredTraining program certifying rhythm analysis trainingKnowledge and TrainingDemonstrate a team centered and patient first initiatives with a positive attitudeKnowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiologyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced call center environmentThe ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingThe ability to read and follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records, and complete and produce quality reportsThe ability to follow procedures and learn support technologyThe ability to plan, organize, multi-task and adapt to priority changesThe ability to use standard computers and basic office softwareKnowledge and usage of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuationAttention to detail.Be willing to work overtime or extra hours as needed.Salary & BenefitsThe estimated hiring salary range for this position is $28/hr to $40/hr. $5k sign on bonus - paid out 90 days after start date and requires CCT certification, to be repaid if leave within 1 year.The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience.

The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
