You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry, managing litigation and regulatory matters and counseling Epic on an evolving competitive landscape. Responsibilities

• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
• Provide legal counsel on litigation and regulatory matters.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, with excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
