Job Summary
You will help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting, rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft motions and briefs.
- Conduct oral arguments.
- Lead settlement negotiations.
- Attempt cases in court.
- Provide counsel on compliance and regulatory strategies.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of litigation experience.
- Experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and attempting cases.
- Competitive and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent detail orientation, creative thinking, and communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
