Lutheran Social Services seeks an In-Home Support Caregiver to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you’ll help clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document visits, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
