This is not an entry-level sales position. We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals. What You'll Do

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions
• Build and design bath remodeling projects using our industry-leading software
• Develop trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and confidently close salesAttend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience required
• Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and closing success
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, baths, kitchens, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred
• Ability to consistently generate substantial commission earnings
