BAYADA/Integrity Home Care is seeking an RN or LPN to join our home-based nursing team in Greene County MO and surrounding areas. You’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes to help them stay independent and enjoy life.
In this role you will conduct annual RAI and GHE assessments, document findings, and collaborate with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll support Medicaid reauthorization and monitor changes in patient status.
