New Patterns Aba is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, RBT certification (preferred), and strong communication skills.
