Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in the Northern Neck area. This full-time role involves working with patients in their homes to improve movement and functional activities, with scheduled reexaminations and discharge planning as part of the care plan.

You will provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, coordinate with caregivers and clinicians, and participate in a flexible, patient-centered home health program.
