In-Home Nurse Practitioner — Flexible Hours & Travel Reimbursement

Hueman is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare/Medicaid members around Boise, ID. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact patient care in a home setting.
