Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Clinician (NP/PA) to perform in-home health evaluations. Primary work is in members' homes, with visits lasting about 45 minutes and a focus on health history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostics.
You will join a national network of clinicians, travel locally as needed, and use an iPad workflow. Prior NP/PA board certification and unrestricted licensure are required.
