In-Home HRA NP — Flexible Schedule + Travel Reimbursement

Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in the Owensboro area. You will visit patients’ homes to conduct comprehensive, non-invasive assessments, review medical history, and document results accurately.

This role emphasizes patient interaction without in-home prescribing. Qualifications include an NP license, board certification, BLS, and 12 months of paid advanced clinical provider experience preferred.
