Devotion Hospice in Palestine, TX is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes. You will perform assessments, plan and implement nursing care, and coordinate with the care team to support recovery and chronic disease management.
You will educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure quality and safety of care. Requires current RN license, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of Home Health RN experience preferred.
