WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in Northern Colorado, 1-2 days a week. This mobile outpatient setting focuses on Part B–only documentation, with less charting and more time with patients.
You will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to restore mobility and independence.
