In-Home Geriatric PT, Flexible Schedule

Fox Rehabilitation is expanding in Madison, AL and seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in private residences and senior living communities. Therapists will evaluate, plan care, and provide evidence-based treatment with flexible schedules and the potential for telehealth.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place while enjoying autonomy and meaningful patient outcomes.
